1. What LeadsHunter is
LeadsHunter (线索猎手) is a public-platform lead discovery and delivery tool for auto dealers and sales teams. It helps stores find car-buying demand in public content on Douyin, Xiaohongshu, and similar platforms, uses AI to judge intent and organize context and follow-up suggestions, then assigns workable leads to stores and sales consultants.
Potential customers often already write their needs in public: someone asks in a comment “长沙落地多少” (on-the-road price in Changsha); someone asks about stock, trade-in, or a test drive; someone posts to find a salesperson or compare models. LeadsHunter turns these scattered expressions of demand into items that can be read, filtered, and assigned.
| What the store needs to know | What LeadsHunter provides |
|---|---|
| Where is there still customer demand? | Keyword search, comments on target-account posts, and demand posts that users publish themselves |
| What is worth reading first? | High-intent and mid-intent AI judgments, with reasons |
| What did the customer actually ask? | Original comment, post title, body text, and source link |
| Who should handle it? | Organizational ownership, org assignment, account routing, and receive-account setup |
| What should sales do next? | Open details in the app, use suggested actions, then go to the user profile or original post to talk |
One product, two workspaces
The console is the operations and assignment workspace. Managers configure what to watch, which store a lead belongs to, and who receives it, and they check collection and delivery.
The app is the salesperson’s on-the-go lead workspace. Salespeople review valid leads assigned to them, prioritize by intent and status, understand the customer’s need, then follow up on the original platform.
LeadsHunter helps stores find demand, understand intent, and schedule follow-up. Sales consultants still complete the conversation, quote, invitation, and deal, using the customer’s original words.
2. Why LeadsHunter if you already have DCC and automotive vertical media
Because customers already express a large amount of demand on social platforms before they leave a contact, answer a call, or book a store visit. LeadsHunter adds an entry point for discovering that demand, so existing acquisition and intake systems can cover an earlier stage of the car-buying discussion.
Automotive vertical media bring inquiries and contact submissions. DCC teams handle conversation, nurturing, and invitations. LeadsHunter adds demand discovery on social platforms such as Douyin and Xiaohongshu, so stores can make contact before the customer leaves details with that store.
| Dimension | Existing channels such as automotive vertical media | What LeadsHunter adds | DCC / sales intake |
|---|---|---|---|
| Where demand is found | Model content, inquiries, quotes, and contact-submission paths | Public comments and self-published posts on social platforms | Continue the conversation from the customer’s need |
| Typical demand expression | Submit an inquiry, booking, or contact details | “多少钱落地” (on-the-road price), “有没有现车” (any stock), “求推荐销售” (need a salesperson) | Confirm model, budget, region, and purchase plan |
| What the store receives | Inquiry, quote request, and submitted contact details | Public original text, source context, intent judgment, and suggested actions | Quote, invitation, store visit, and later follow-up |
| Role in operations | Keep taking demand from existing channels | Widen the audience and discussion scenes you can find | Move the opportunity into a qualified deal |
Three direct values for the store
- More places to find opportunities. You can still find publicly expressed demand before the customer leaves contact details with your store.
- Conversation starts with context. Sales know which model and which question the customer asked before preparing a reply.
- A clearer follow-up order. High- and mid-intent candidates are filtered from a large volume of content, then scheduled by date and pending-follow-up status.
For example, on a comment such as “落地多少 长沙” (on-the-road price, Changsha), sales can first use the original post to see the model, prepare a local quote and stock information, then reply around the customer’s question. Contacting the customer with context makes each follow-up more specific.
Changsha XPENG stores case: Two stores and 4 salespeople recorded 174 follow-ups, 62 customer replies, 36 contacts obtained, and 3 order-lock reports in one month of follow-up logs. See store results.
3. How to widen a dealer’s lead intake
3.1 From a brand word to “city × model × need”
Keyword groups turn the store’s trading area into searchable topics. Besides the brand name, you can combine city, model, on-the-road price, test drive, stock, trade-in, and similar terms.
| Search approach | Configuration example | Demand you hope to find |
|---|---|---|
| City + brand / model | 长沙 小鹏;上海 智己 | Local or nearby buying discussion |
| Model + price | 某车型 落地价;某车型 优惠 | Quotes, budget, and deal conditions |
| City + delivery need | 东莞 某车型 现车 | Stock and delivery lead time |
| Model + ownership decision | 某车型 试驾;某车型 置换 | Comparison, experience, and trade-in demand |
Operations staff can keep refining city, model, and need-word combinations based on actual replies and contact submissions.
3.2 From your own content to discussion under target public accounts
“Competitor setup” looks for demand around selected public accounts and the comments on their posts. Stores can watch model, regional-store, or auto-content accounts related to their business, and find potential customers who are comparing, asking, or requesting a quote in the comments.
From these public posts and comments, stores can find local buying, model-comparison, and price-inquiry demand.
3.3 From comment threads to people who post a buying request
Some customers never comment under a store video. They post themselves: “有销售吗” (is there a salesperson), “这几款车怎么选” (how do I choose among these models), “谁有现车” (who has stock). Post groups are used to find this kind of complete, public demand.
3.4 From “we found content” to “we know why it is worth following up”
AI judges intent from the content and its context, separating high intent, mid intent, weak intent, no intent, and pending review, and it provides a rationale and suggested actions where possible. High- and mid-intent leads enter the automatic delivery flow according to organization settings, so sales can handle them first.
3.5 From “an opportunity was found” to “a specific person owns it”
After store region, daily quotas, and receive accounts are configured, admins can check delivery progress in Lead center, and sales receive leads assigned to them in the app.
Current platform coverage
| Capability | Current coverage |
|---|---|
| Keyword comment collection, competitor-account collection | The pages support Douyin, Xiaohongshu, and TikTok. Keyword “all platforms” currently means Douyin and Xiaohongshu |
| Post groups | Xiaohongshu posts only |
| Standard domestic auto-assignment and routing | High / mid intent in Douyin comments, Xiaohongshu comments, and Xiaohongshu posts, executed by organization settings |
| Overseas scenarios | A TikTok collection entry already exists. Language scenario, intent rules, and the exact delivery method follow the overseas project setup |
4. Using the console: configure, identify, assign, and route
Recommended first-time order: organization and accounts → create groups → bind receivers → add keywords or accounts → enable collection → check leads → receive in the app.
4.1 Sign in to the console and confirm your role
Sign in to the LeadsHunter console with the account assigned by your organization. The left menu changes by role. Regular salespeople mainly use the app.
| Role | Main work | Visible scope |
|---|---|---|
| System admin | Configure organizations, quotas, and accounts; check tasks; manage the lead master library and the three pools | Platform admin scope |
| Dealer admin | Maintain this organization’s collection groups, keywords, and receivers; assign organization leads to sales | This organization |
| Sales consultant | Read leads in the app, filter, check notifications, and follow up | Valid leads assigned to them |
Dealer admins mainly use the “org-assignment pool” and the “account-routing pool” to manage this store’s leads and who receives them.
4.2 System admin: create the organization and set intake capacity
Go to Organization management → New organization. Fill in the organization name, sales-account cap, location, and related fields, and set daily quotas as agreed for the business.
| Setting | How to read it |
|---|---|
| Six daily quotas | Shared at the organization level |
| Quota set to 0 | Auto-assignment for that class is off |
| Quota left empty | No quantity cap for that class |
| Quota set to a positive number | Daily auto-assignment cap for that class |
| Same-province leads only | When on, auto-assignment takes only same-province leads. It does not backfill from other provinces if supply is short. If location is empty, nothing is auto-assigned |
Set quotas from the store’s headcount and daily intake capacity, then adjust from follow-up results.
4.3 Create sales accounts
Go to User management → New account. Fill in login name, name, role, organization, and password. Hand the sales account to the person who will use it. Dealer admins can create sales accounts only inside their own organization.
When finished, check that the account is enabled and that the organization still has an available account seat.
4.4 Create a group and bind who receives leads
Open the target page under Keywords / Competitor setup / Post groups, then click New group at the top.
After the group is created, choose receivers in that group’s Receive accounts dropdown, then click Save accounts. Figure 04 on the keyword page shows this location.
Check the result: the group row shows the expected receive accounts, and the group’s organization is correct. Changing the binding only affects tasks created later. Historical leads stay in Lead center and must be handled there; they are not all moved to the new person automatically.
4.5 Add keywords: find model and demand discussions
Go to Keywords → Add keyword.
- Enter a search term, for example “长沙 小鹏 落地”.
- Choose the matching keyword group.
- Choose the platform. “All platforms” currently means Douyin and Xiaohongshu; TikTok must be selected on its own.
- After saving, check search page count, comment page count, and last search time in the list.
Raising the page count widens that search and also increases processing volume. Check a small set of results for relevance first, then adjust from the outcome.
4.6 Add competitor accounts: cover comments on target posts
Go to Competitor setup → Add competitor.
Fill in the account identifier, optional nickname, owning group, and notes. After saving, check that the account appears in the list. Account formats differ by platform; follow the form hint.
Competitor groups are for watching specific public accounts over time. Keyword groups are for discovering content around a theme. The two entries can be used together.
4.7 Add post keywords: find self-published buying posts
Go to Post groups. Create a post group and set the scoring scenario first, then click Add keyword. Enter the search term, choose the post group and search page count, save, then check the list.
Using Figure 06, start with combinations such as “city + brand + looking for a salesperson / stock / choosing a car”. User posts may include usage, reasons for switching, and model comparisons at the same time. Sales should read the full text before deciding whether the store can serve the request.
4.8 Enable collection and check task progress
The group page shows a fixed collection schedule of every day at 00:00. Day-to-day operations need to check that the group is enabled, the configuration is correct, and receive accounts are bound.
System admins also have manual entries such as Search comments / Monitor / Search posts. The two manual-run choices mean different things:
| Run mode | What it actually does |
|---|---|
| Assign and route | Builds a batch for the whole group. When it finishes, assignment and routing run by the rules and quotas |
| Search this time only | Collects only the current item so you can inspect search results. This run does not enter assignment and routing |
If a task fails, open details to see why. After it is handled, keep checking org-assignment and account-routing results.
4.9 Filter in Lead center and read the judgment
Go to Lead center, choose a pool view you can access, and filter by lead type, platform, and intent. When needed, expand Advanced filters, add group, city, time, and other conditions, then click Query.
After you click Details, focus on the original text, post title, intent, scoring judgment, and suggested actions. Figure 07 shows the main business fields in details.
Sales should read high-intent leads first, then choose a follow-up approach from the customer’s current need, region, and model. Content that is already handled or is not a match can be classified using the store’s process.
4.10 Assign organization leads to sales
Go to the org-assignment pool, find a valid assignment record, and click Route account.
When finished, open the account-routing pool to check valid routing records, and ask the receiver to confirm the lead is visible in their own app account.
5. Using the app: review, filter, alerts, and follow-up
5.1 Install from the app store
Open “LeadsHunter” in the LAN Cloud App Store and choose the install path for your phone OS.
| Device | Install steps |
|---|---|
| iPhone | Install TestFlight first, then open the LeadsHunter TestFlight invite page from the store and follow the prompts |
| Android | Open the store in the phone browser, tap “Get”, complete verification as prompted, download the APK, and install |
| Computer | You can browse the introduction and screenshots. Download and install from the matching phone browser |
The organization admin provides the app account. When signing in, choose Southern Region → Guangdong–Hong Kong–Macao server and enter the account the admin gave you. If the store uses another dedicated server, choose the one the admin specifies.
5.2 Open “Leads” and rank what to handle
After sign-in, open Leads from the bottom tab and review content assigned to you. Read high intent first, then mid intent, and plan the day from date and follow-up status.
Read the customer’s original words on the card first, then open details from intent and status to see the model and the specific question.
5.3 Use Advanced filters to find today’s work
Tap Advanced filters and set type, platform, date, and follow-up status as needed.
A practical daily order is: today / last 7 days → pending follow-up → high intent, then mid intent.
Under the comment type you can filter by Douyin and Xiaohongshu. After you switch to the post type, platform options may change with the type. If a filter returns nothing, widen the date or follow-up conditions and look at a larger set.
5.4 Read comment details, then open the profile or original post
- Read the customer’s words: see whether they asked about price, subsidy, configuration, delivery, or a test drive.
- Read the original-post context: confirm the model and the discussion conditions so the reply matches the question.
- Expand Smart analysis: when a result exists, read the rationale, suggested actions, and recommended script.
- Go to the source platform: open the commenter profile or original post as needed, check the latest content, and start a human conversation.
Reply around the question the customer asked. For example, if they ask whether subsidies can stack, first confirm the model, registration region, and eligibility, then share the store-confirmed plan.
5.5 Post leads: handle a more complete buying request
Posts usually give more context. Read the full body first, then judge whether the store can meet the budget, model, delivery time, or service region, and prepare a reply around the specific question.
5.6 Status and notifications
For a lead that is worth continuing, use the details entry to go to the original platform. For a lead that should not continue, choose Do not follow up and confirm as prompted.
When you leave through the main jump entry in details, the app records the follow-up action and marks the lead Followed up. Customer replies, contact details, store visits, and order progress can still be logged in the store ledger or CRM.
The app sends new-lead alerts and morning and afternoon summary alerts. Turning on phone notification permission makes pending leads easier to catch in time.
5.7 Work with DCC and the store’s existing process
After the customer replies on the original platform and a real conversation starts, sales or DCC continue with the store process: confirm the need, collect contact details the customer is willing to give, book a test drive, and arrange a store visit. When CRM / DCC logging is required, use the store’s existing method.
6. Partners and results
6.1 Current partners
LeadsHunter serves domestic auto dealers, direct-sale stores, and overseas auto businesses. Partners include:
| Region | Partner |
|---|---|
| Mainland China · Shanghai | 上海运通智己 |

| Overseas | 奇瑞国际 |
6.2 Changsha XPENG stores: one month of follow-up results
From car-buying discussion on social platforms to customer replies, contact details, and order-lock reports, LeadsHunter is already part of daily store sales work. During a one-month paid trial, 4 salespeople at two Changsha XPENG stores — Changsha Yuhua and Changsha Furong Tianjie — followed up Xiaohongshu and Douyin leads.
In that month, the ledger recorded 174 follow-ups, 62 customer replies, 36 contacts obtained, 23 mobile numbers obtained, and 3 sales order-lock reports.
| Follow-up result | Count | Share of follow-ups | Value to the store |
|---|---|---|---|
| Sales follow-ups | 174 | 100% | Social-channel leads entered daily sales work |
| Customer replies | 62 | 35.6% | Two-way conversation; clearer buying needs |
| Contacts obtained | 36 | 20.7% | WeChat obtained for ongoing conversation and nurturing |
| Of which: mobile number also obtained | 23 | 13.2% | A channel for phone conversation and test-drive invitations |
| Sales order-lock reports | 3 | — | Order-lock progress appeared in the follow-up ledger |
6.3 Results at the two stores
Changsha Yuhua logged 57 follow-up records, of which 33 received a reply, 21 obtained a contact, and 3 were order-lock reports. Changsha Furong Tianjie logged 117 follow-up records, of which 29 received a reply and 15 obtained a contact.
| Store | Follow-up records | Customer replies | Contacts obtained | Mobile numbers obtained | Order-lock reports |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Changsha Yuhua | 57 | 33(57.9%) | 21(36.8%) | 11(19.3%) | 3 |
| Changsha Furong Tianjie | 117 | 29(24.8%) | 15(12.8%) | 12(10.3%) | 0 |
| Total | 174 | 62(35.6%) | 36(20.7%) | 23(13.2%) | 3 |
Most follow-up was on Xiaohongshu: 164 follow-ups, 61 replies, 35 contacts obtained, 3 order-lock reports. The Douyin channel recorded 10 follow-ups, 1 reply, 1 contact obtained.
6.4 From customer replies to order-lock reports
All three order-lock reports at Changsha Yuhua came from Xiaohongshu. In the matching follow-up records, sales had already received a customer reply and obtained WeChat and a mobile number.
The Changsha case shows the practical value of LeadsHunter working with store sales:
- Widen customer contact channels. Finding demand in social scenes such as Douyin and Xiaohongshu gives sales more chances to start the conversation.
- Turn a demand discussion into an ongoing contact. Reply around the customer’s original words; after contact details are obtained, continue on model, quote, and store-visit arrangements.
- Make follow-up reviewable. Use customer replies, contact submissions, and sales feedback to keep adjusting keywords, watched accounts, and follow-up methods.

FAQ
| Question | How to check or understand it |
|---|---|
| The console has leads, but the app does not? | Separate the master library, ownership, org assignment, and account routing. Then check that the account is correct, the organization and account are enabled, the binding has taken effect, and quotas or filters are not hiding results. |
| I clicked search. Why was nothing assigned to sales? | Check whether you chose “Search this time only”. That path does not enter assignment and routing. Also confirm there are qualifying high- or mid-intent results. |
| Why did the day not reach the quota? | A quota is a cap. Actual volume depends on collection results, intent, region rules, and configuration. |
| If I change the receive account, do old leads move automatically? | No. Binding changes affect future tasks. Handle historical records in Lead center. |
| Why am I not seeing posts? | The app defaults to comments. Open Advanced filters, switch to “Posts”, and check date and status. |
| Can one lead go to more than one person? | Yes. Group binding or admin routing can send a lead to multiple accounts. The store still needs to name a specific owner. |
| What customer information is in a lead? | You can see the public comment or post, source link, intent analysis, and follow-up suggestions. Sales can return to the original platform to talk and collect contact details the customer is willing to give. |
| How should “Followed up” be used? | The app records that sales went to the original platform. Actual replies, contact submissions, and order progress are logged in the store ledger or CRM. |
| Do we have to configure a script library before we can use the product? | No. The script library is optional. Lead creation, routing, and app review do not depend on it. |
| How do we launch overseas TikTok work? | Contact a sales manager or the platform admin to configure collection, language scenario, intent rules, and delivery. |
| How do we discuss a partnership or book a demo? | Open the contact-sales page, or first read the product introduction on the LeadsHunter website. |
| The original post or profile will not open? | Check the matching platform app, sign-in, and network. The content may also have been taken down or had its permissions changed. Keep the lead context and report it to an admin. |
